Contacted Herr for Septic System Pump at our new home. Extremely satisfied with Herr. Not only did they pump for a low price, but took the time to explain how the Septic system works (our first one) and what to watch out for, how often to pump, tank condition etc.

Herr Construction saved my home purchase! The septic inspection for the seller failed 3 weeks prior to closing and that would have killed our deal had Herr not stepped up and worked so diligently with us to get it replaced. Todd from Herr was absolutely fantastic to work with and met every promise and commitment that he made since our first conversation all the way to the end of the project. The thing I'm most appreciative of was his communication and always responding to texts or phone calls with updates along the way. This gave me great peace of mind as I was dealing with the realtors, attorneys, and my lender to make sure that things were on track for our closing. Every time things hit a speed bump, they reacted quickly and always had a counter solution to address the problem and keep the timeline on track. We had an emergency on New Years Eve (2022) and not only did Chris answer the phone at 2am, but he came out to pump the septic tank and water jet the line the same day (on his day off!!).

Without Chris answering the call and walking us through possible situations/solutions, I truly believe we were going to be SOS until the holidays were over.

Long story short, Herr Construction is Lucky to have Chris and I can't say thank you enough to him for going out of his way to help. Everything is in working order!

We called Kerr with a huge emergency and they were very quick to respond. At first they tried their best to walk us through some quick solutions to diagnose the problem, but then had to make an emergency call. The tech Chris was beyond helpful, he was one of the best service professionals I have worked with since I have been in this house. Great service all around, very friendly, and helpful.

I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. I was selling my house and had another one lined up for moving into. Me moving into the new house was contingent on selling my current house. The septic failed the inspection on my house and therefore both deals were in danger of falling through and I only had a couple weeks to remediate. I needed a whole new system and field.

Herr Construction was not only on time with everything, but held my hand through the process. The timeline left no room for error, but because of the excellent project management and frequent updates, as a team, everything fell in to place and we were able to close. Thanks so much guys! Excellent work and I'm very thankful for all the hard work and understanding how critical the timeline was for me personally.
