I hired Jesse Chavez and his crew to remodel a rental unit I own. Because I live in Virginia and this property is on the other side of the country I was understandably nervous. But once I met Jesse I knew he was the right person and we went forward communicating by phone, text and email. We developed a brand new floor plan, which involved taking the interior all the way back to the studs, moving walls and doorways, installing new electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, flooring, lighting and an all new kitchen and bathroom. Jesse kept me updated regularly and sent photos. If I had any questions or wanted to change something, he couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. When some of the finishes I chose put me over budget, he suggested brands that were just as good and more affordable. When I flew out for the final inspection, I wanted to cry: the unit was so beautiful and the workmanship so good. Jesse and his crew exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend him enough.

We needed to update our kitchen, on a budget. Jesse was willing to work with us and we've been happy with the outcome. He did an excellent job with the difficult task of installed our cabinets on a less than level floor. His crew was easy to work with (his painting subcontractors did a less than stellar job but besides that, we were pretty happy). The timeline he gave us was pretty accurate and he came in on budget. Our only criticism might be lack of communication on a few small things (we thought the cabinet shelves were adjustable and they are slightly adjustable, the finish work at the base of cabinets had to be ironed out, etc). The finished kitchen is gorgeous and I would recommend Jesse and his company.

Jesse and his team exceeded expectations with our home addition and remodeling. We had a kitchen expansion and remodel and a new master suite add-on along with repairs and upgrades to existing areas of our home. Even with Covid limitations Jesse pulled through and met our schedules with high quality and innovation. We are very happy with our newly remodeled home. Great for remodel and repair. We experienced an exterior staircase structure compromise. The project was unexpected and could've resulted in a complete collapse and extensive damage. Jesse came out the day I called for an evaluation/quote. He sent a crew to secure the staircase and restored its safe functionality until the work could begin. Once on the job, the crew worked promptly, with regard to the potential disruption to our residents and cleanliness, appearance and organization of the worksite. A top notch company with exemplary customer service and communication!

Our ADU was the first detached ADU project that was done by Jesse and team, including permit (check out his website). It was not perfect but overall for their first ADU project, we are very impressed with the result and how fast it was done. He is an honest person and reasonable cost.
