RUUUUN!! Horrificly UN-HELPFUL. Initial contact with Gavin (HELPERS) was not indicative to the worst experience I could have ever imagined as a homeowner.

He was very nice and understanding. I explained the battle of distain between myself and the complacent property management who had been ignoring my year long request to have my bedroom wall examined (reported August of '23).

A cup of water drops onto the window sill from the above sill after a big rain. I sent Gavin (HELPERS) photos of the water accumulation occurances from the past year and explained I wanted to "actively" catch this leak after it rained - he agreed.

Between busy schedules and mother nature we struggled to find a time to schedule an inspection. After Labor Day weekend we had a 3 day spout of rain and I reached out to Gavin - zero response ... he had ghosted me.

The visibly puffy drywall needed attention immediately. After hearing nothing back from "HELPERS," I reach out to a few other options. Ian with Disaster Restoration in Eagle was the first to respond. That day he arrived and took alarming measuments ranging from 67% - 99% moisture inside my outfacing wall.

I texted Gavin from my work phone, a number unfamiliar to "HELPERS," Gavin responded right away. He profusely apologized, explaining that he had BLOCKED my number thinking my issue WAS A PRANK!

After several months of dry weather and my property manager again, ignoring these off the charts moisture levels Disaster Restoration (recommended alternative) had measured. My proprty manager lied to my HOA saying Ian (Damage Restoration) was in my back pocket.

Turns out my property manager and Gavin have a long-standing friendship. After several months of ZERO rain, Gavin (HELPERS) came to inspect on my property manager request and measured NO moisture in my wall that had 3 months to dry out.

Now I am dealing with black mold, a terrible property manager and my dog's health repercussions. Tip of the hat to you, Gavin... and for all your "HELP."

I am the employee housing manager for the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority and a tenant was terminated and left a unit in complete disarray and extremely contaminated with tons of trash everywhere, personal items, rotting food, huge infestation of mice. I called them and they were at the property within 30 minutes and were able to provide a quote the same day and begin work the next day. The crew was amazing and super detailed with their process and safety measures. Within hours it was looking like it could be rented again. They did spend two days to complete the work and were super attentive to all the details and great at explaining the entire process to me. The unit has never looked so good. Also, the entire office staff Clay, Red, Anthony , Renee were on the ball with documentation, invoicing, insurance etc. Everyone had a great work ethic and sense of humor. I highly recommend Helpers !
