We had a great experience with Heathcote Construction. Jacob is professional, honest, and experienced, and very diligent about making sure he is doing a job right. He is also very good about communicating, which is something we have found lacking in some other contractors we’ve worked with. Jacob and Hite repaired a crack and hole in our foundation that were leaking water into the basement. It took longer than anticipated to finish the repair, but they still took all the time and care required to get things properly sealed and honored the original estimate. We were always impressed with Jacob’s responsiveness to our concerns and his dedication to quality work, especially since our repair was a small job for a contractor. We would absolutely recommend Heathcote Construction to anyone looking for a general contractor.
