The team at Heartland Custom Homes, Inc. Are the best to work with. Brice Nelson is very accommodating and really wants customers to have the best home building experience. He is very knowledgeable of every aspect of home building. Jason Jones is another part of the team that helps with design, color and material coordination. He is also full of great ideas and useful suggestions. Brennan Nelson is the building consultant and my initial contact at Heartland Homes. He gets everything started and points you in the right direction in choosing a design that works for you. The subcontractors that Heartland teams up with are top notch and experts in their profession. I am totally satisfied with my new home and know that Brice and his team stand behind every aspect of the project.

I can't say enough about the work Heartland did for our business. They worked within a tight timeline to make sure our business was able to continue without interruption. They are super reliable, have great quality and were always punctual. I would recommend them without reservation! I have known Brice, owner of Heartland Custom Homes, for a few years now. Brice is very knowledgeable and has been in the construction business since he was a kid. I know a few people that have built with Heartland and the one thing i always hear is how fast they work and their prices are GUARANTEED! I also know several people who have not built with Brice and their house costs several thousand dollars more than quoted due to unexpected obstacles in the building process. This wont happen at Heartland. They give you a guaranteed quote and even show you 3D images of your house, interior and exterior, before you build! I will recommend anybody i know to build with Heartland Custom Homes.

I had Heartland Custom Homes build our house over 10 years ago. As most people experience when they build a home, afterwards you are just never as happy as you thought you would be. This is not the case we experienced with Heartland Custom Homes. They not just met our expectations but exceeded them 1,000 times over. Our experience with Heartland Custom Homes is nothing short of amazing. I have recommended them to everyone I know when they are looking at building or remodeling.
