Update (01/07/2025): every interaction I have had with this company since the initial installation has confirmed my negative review below. The team either does not listen, does not care, or is incapable of understanding instructions, and fails to communicate internally to align on tasks and scheduling.

Unreliable, uneven quality of work, poor communication and management, many delays, and several no-shows.

Installation of a mini split was scheduled for 6/20. It was actually installed 6/25. It became functional on 6/28.

Unfortunately the electrical work had to be redone since the first effort was not to code and the condenser was incorrectly wired to 115 volts instead of 208/230. It surprised me that a licensed electrician made that mistake.

One of units leaked, such that the refrigerant pipe had to be replaced. They were scheduled to fix that on a Monday, texted/emailed/called me to confirm, and then never showed up. They left a phone and flashlight in my ceiling, patched the ceiling, then had to rip the patch out to get their stuff.

Today is the ninth day they have scheduled work for what should have been a two day job. I am still waiting for the team to make this right. Management rarely returns calls and clearly doesn’t care very much. The dispatch team is often unaware of what work needs to happen and when it will happen.

This installation is now in week 3 and still not done. They have made a terrible mess of my home due to their mistakes, inexperience, and lack of communication among the team. Do not recommend working with this company.

Seneca worked on our electrical issue with a faulty switch. He was very knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly yet thoroughly to resolve the issue. We have been using Heart for multiple services and always have had a good experience. Highly Recommend!

Jim Anderson was excellent to work with on our sewer line replacement. He was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He treated my family and I like a family friend rather than just another customer. He went above and beyond for us and let us know what was happening at all times to make our process as seamless as possible. John Lauro was also very friendly and knowledgeable while putting in our new shower for us. I highly recommend asking for both of these guys if you need any of these services done to your home.
