We're going on four years in our "Hartland Home" and we're very pleased. The home is solidly built and as the years go by the craftsmanship has held up well.

The home is tightly constructed and as an example, the furnace blower motor quit working in the dead of winter last year. It took three days for the furnace company to replace the blower and with only a couple electric space heaters and periodic fireplace the house maintained a comfortable temperature and never dropped below 60 degrees while it was double digits below zero outside.

Paul and Jen were easy to work with and presented everything in a detailed binder in their initial proposal. There were no surprises, read cost overruns, during the process and everything went off with out a hitch.

I would recommend Hartland for any home construction project.
