Brad and his team are incredible. I've completely renovated two houses and Brad is the best GC I've ever worked with. I wish I found him sooner! We bought a house and needed to completely renovate the kitchen. His team took out everything and we started with a blank slate. Brad had great ideas on how to maximize our space and made our kitchen my favorite place in the house. It's beautiful, it all makes sense, and I just love being in it. Throughout the kitchen project, little things happened (a toilet broke, our washer had a leak, we had a sewer main blockage, etc.). Brad was available on weekends and helped me through everything. He was able to add on building a custom closet for us, replacing baseboards, installing new ceiling lighting in five rooms, replacing all the hardware on all our doors, and touching up paint that the prior owners didn't do well. None of those were part of the initial plan--Brad just went with the flow of things as I added them and made it all work while staying within the initial schedule. We had to move into the house sooner than anticipated and Brad's team even assembled furniture for us (it was the very last thing I wanted to do and they just stepped up). Every time I expressed a need during this stressful time in my life, Brad and his team were able to help. They are true problem-solvers and just really pleasant to work with. Brad knows his strengths and the strengths of each member of his team, and he does a wonderful job managing all the challenges that come with home renovation.

My wife and I bought our first house in Lafayette, which was renovated by Brad and his team. We did not hire him, we did not pay him; the previous owners hired him to renovate a house which was built in 1952. I was very impressed by the way Brad takes customer trust. He showed up to shake my hand and gave me his number. He was proud of his job. On Feb 6, 2024, a storm hit Lafayette and the Bay area. The chimney's fireplace lid broke. Brad showed up the next day and fixed it for free although the fireplace was not in the scope of the renovation. He even installed a new lid. Additionally, everything in our house has been done perfectly and is fully compliant with the code. Technically, we live in a brand new house. End your search. Hannah Construction is very professional, trustworthy, and caring. This is very rare in the construction industry.

As another reviewer mentioned, Brad with Hannah Construction loves what he does. That's obvious in the quality of his work and his infectious, great attitude. Brad completed sizable kitchen remodels for us in each of our last two homes, in one case building the beautiful custom mahogany cabinets. Both kitchens are the envy of friends and neighbors, and were completed on time and schedule. Additionally, Brad built us a large dining-size porch addition, installed skylights, made structural changes to meet code requirements and installed new energy-efficient windows. I'm sure we'll be working with Brad and Hannah Construction for years to come. More importantly we'll enjoy it!

I can't recommend Brad and his crew highly enough. Professional, great customer service, responsive, integrity and high quality work. Brad converted my bonus room into my master bedroom, created a master bathroom with an amazing, huge soaking tub and walk-in shower, and custom crafted a vanity area and a walk-in closet. I absolutely love my newly updated space! Brad calmed my nerves throughout the process and smoothed out any bumps encountered along the way. I appreciated his efforts to stay within budget. There were some minor additional costs, primarily due to my own extravagant taste, but well worth it. Brad is a one stop shop. He did it all. He is creative and his workmanship is superb. I called on Brad to complete smaller projects in my home, too. Will definitely call him again and again!

Brad and his team installed new laminate flooring in my home in Alamo in June 2020.
They were efficient, clean, responsive, very professional and completed the job on time. We received three quotes and they were the best. At the end of each day I was explained what was completed that day and what to expect the next day. Great communication all the way around. The crew cleaned up everything at the end of each day and I was surprised at how little dust there was. This is the 2nd job that Brad has done for me and once again, I was highly impressed.

Brad and his crew are great to work with. They understand the importance of communication and customer service, things often overlooked by other contractors. Brad is also very good about being practical and discussing options with you when he runs into a problem (something that happens with all construction projects, regardless of who you hire). He is a general contractor but his passion is wood, about which he is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brad and his team.
