After 24 years of working with this company to service my 4 rental homes in Visalia and having purchased three complete HVAC systems to the tune of $20,000 , I am severing my ties with your business.

When an unauthorized $800 bill was generated due to an inept -untrained new employee who failed to get the authorization for the job, and your failure to mitigate the charges to a reasonable cost, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

If you cannot consider the value of the Thousands of dollars over the last 24 years, we are talking well over $35,000 in service calls and repairs paid by me to you, and you are not willing to cough up to the fact that you screwed up, then my business will go elsewhere.

I will have to pay the $800 bill as you will put a mechanics lien on my property, but just remember that this will be our last rodeo.

This is not a way to run a business. a 24 year relationship should count for something and you should be able to fess up to the fact that you took it upon yourself to do a job without authorization.

Craig, you can thank Nancy and the new gal she failed to train for my walking away. Take care.

Had Hancock coming to our house for regular inspections for years. A/C worked the whole time, the inspection came back fine each time, no problems, right? Except this year, we hear from our insurance, there's moisture and some stain on the roof. So we call Hancock and they send a guy out. The guy goes up and when he's done says there nothing wrong with the system, just some rust on the foundation was staining the roof. Bills us for the "inspection" and takes off. Well, that doesn't solve the problem, does it? So we call again and they blow us off. My brother goes up with some rust remover and cleaner for the roof, finds that the system itself has a ton of rust on the inside and is visibly leaking onto the roof, damaging the wood underneath. No telling how long it's been that way, but we didn't call Hancock to fix it, we wanted someone who'd do their job.

They installed a heat pump on the roof last summer, no issues. We recently (Dec 2018) noticed water draining from the unit down the roof and dripping off when the unit was on for a while in the cold so I called them to check it out while we would be away on vacation. The lady said no problem, they could do it if we were gone which is great. The guy showed while we were away since we left instructions how to get onto the property. He checked it out, wrote a note saying it was operating properly and why we were seeing the water.

We appreciated not having to be there and either taking a day off work or changing vacation dates, them showing and us trusting them enough. The trust wouldn't have been there had I not earlier been to their office, met the staff & owner and saw their operation first hand and talked to some of the techs when they initially came out. Any company can screw something up, we all make mistakes (they didn't) but when you have trust in any person or company you know you can rely on them in a pinch. I do trust them to do the work and give me an honest answer. Thanks to whomever came out. Ed Lardner

This person drove dangerously and without hesitation. They caused the left lane on 198 heading west to full stop from 75mph to 0 and aggressively forced two drivers to the side of the road by swerving. Assumed the driver was under the influence. Called the company number but no one answered. Regardless of the company's actual services. Bad representative for anyone

Either inexperienced or shady. Hard to say. Won’t be using them again.

2024 Update: these guys called me 6 months later saying the forgot to charge me for the warranty processing fee.

Also found out they rigged my system with three mini capacitors and had wires crossed, which made it use almost double the energy.

These guys are truly unprofessional, and IMO con artists. ( or on the spectrum )

I would never recommend this company.

I have so many great things to say about this company. The one word every homeowner searches for HONESTY. The first AC repair shop I called nit picked my AC unit and quoted me $1700 but recommended a full replacement. Luis from Hancock Air Conditioning got me up and running in two hours for 1/4 the price. That's how you build brand loyalty ladies and gentlemen. Bravo!

so far so good. First time I've ever called them and it was for an afterhours repair. No issues with tech arrival ... there at the time he said he would. Had tenants AC up and running in no time with parts right off the truck. Gonna give them a try for our maintenance contracts due to this timely professional work. Just booked houses to be serviced ASAP.
