We just had a Hall home built in Driftwood Ranch, Phase 2, and are extremely happy! They built it in the timeline that was given. The final result is amazing. Everything that we asked for is definitely done well. We want to specifically thank Omar, Annabelle, Derek, Brittany, Japhet, Andreina and anyone else we forgot to mention! They have taken care of us above and beyond. Thank you for making our dream home come true. ❤️?

As seen in other comments the construction crew has ZERO regards for the home owners in the community. We moved in one month ago and there's constantly trash going into our pool and loud music starting promptly at 8:00AM. The music is so loud it vibrates my walls. I have asked numerous times for them to turn it down and they do not care at all. Its so loud my boss can hear it through our teams calls and has asked me to address it asap. On top of trash and loud music the crew leaves nails everywhere. Its disgusting. The building representatives are also a nightmare to work with. It took over 21 days to have our house fixed from the issues marked during walk through and they told ME to reach out to the vendor. The builder is also so lazy he didn't go to the city to have new plans drawn for the FiOS connection so you will have a massive box in one of your rooms. Mine is in my office. It was suppose to be the babies room but the box is so big that NOTHING will fit on that wall. The only piece of furniture that fit is my desk and it has to be push up to the closet where you can't use the closet. When brought this up to the reps attention- they didnt care at all. For a 500K plus house these things should not be an issue but here we are. Dishwasher didnt work when we moved in, grout is continuously coming up from the shower, cabinets looked horrible and had to be refinished, landscaping hasnt been completed yet.. The list can go on.

If I could rate them 0 star I would. Horrible business that cares nothing about you. Nothing good to say at all. They build houses as fast as possible for as cheap as possible. Half assed jobs all over the house. Didn’t fix the issues fully/most were not fixed until a year and a half later including a missing mirror they forgot. Paint on carpet, tile and granite moving in. Granite not sealed so I had to seal it myself. Nothing at all was fixed from the walkthrough. Stay away!!!

This company has no regard for the community it builds in. This is how their contractors/employees leave their equipment in a school zone during drop off time. I mean, with just a little consideration things could be safer and run much more smoothly. Why do 2 ladders need to be in the road? Especially during drop off with kids walking to school and hundreds of cars in the area. There are several empty lots next to where they are building, they could park their equipment there and leave their ladders in a safer area. This is just one incident, there have been several others through out the past 2 years.

Recently purchased a home from these guys and let me just say it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Purchasing a home should be a positive milestone and these people went out of their way to ensure anything and everything went wrong. I’ve been in the home almost 3 months now and still dealing with their ineptitude, if you can avoid purchasing one of their homes please do so. They do not care about the people buying homes, all they’re interested in making a sale and taking every shortcut imaginable.

Update, home issues were addressed by me no thanks to Hall Bros. They’ve been building cheap quality homes at Desert Sands all with the same cheap materials and laziness, their contracted employees leave nails and trash all over the street and blast music from 6am till 2pm. My sincere review is for anyone to stay away from the homes this builder makes, not worth the hassle and it would not surprise me if they are sued.

Poorly built home and do not respond to repairs that were identified during walk through. Avoid buying a Hall built home if you can. They do not care about quality. We have the floor upstair lifting up with really high spots from the plywood. We also have crooked walls that we have been waiting 8 months to be repaired. Let’s not talk about the tile and carpet. They use Yuma carpet and they have made their repairs worse and we are having to live with it. I will never buy a Hall built home in the future and wish we waited for a Kerley built home because I have heard nothing but good things about them.

I live in brand new build house and it is actually awful qualify. Every single door frame is off square to the point doors don't even close. Back yard was filled with trash, nails, broken glass, and drywall buried in the sand. Kitchen island top is not even secured down to the structure. Counter tops are already deteriorating. Etc I could go on but I kid you not almost everything there is to mess up is messed up.

We live in Desert sky sub division. New build but you couldn't tell by all of the trash they leave. If you purchase one of their home be prepared to live in a dirty neighborhood also be prepared to patch your tires because they do not clean up after themselves. If you have a child under 2 their customer service is probably better than this company. I would recommend them to the dead let alone the living. Your kids will build you a better Lego house than the halls.
