Hall Quality homes did an amazing job building our new home. While we had some set backs, none of them were Hall Quality Homes fault. Hall Quality Homes made the building experience a very pleasant one for us. Any time we had a question they responded in a timely manner. They added little touches to the home that I didn’t even realize I would be getting. We will definitely be recommending Hall Quality Homes to anyone we know who is planning to build a home. We love our new home!

We've made it through our first year and are even more pleased with our home than when we moved in!! It's comfortable and functional - everything we hoped for. Hall Quality Homes did an amazing job on my custom built home. I have visited the building site in the evenings; had asked some modifications a few times; and they made it happen. The staff is professional and friendly. Their contracted realtor Ann Riggs was also fantastic. I was picky to the details from the lot location to the building specifics; and she worked me wonderfully with excellent communication skills. Most of HQH subcontractors did very well, too, except for electricians (I recommend to double/triple check where you discuss with them as they could end up doing however they want.)
I highly recommend HQH. If I were to have a custom house built again, I would work do it again 🙂

As we entered the building process several friends told us it would test our marriage and be one of the hardest things we would ever do. Building with Hall was exactly the opposite experience! Hall made it fun, easy, and straight forward. We were able to design and build our dream home and we loved every step of the process. Now we have been in the house for 5 months and we absolutely love it.

Hall Quality Homes did an amazing job on our mostly custom built home. We picked out a spec home in the early phases of construction sight unseen and the team worked hand in hand with us to make our dream home. We didn’t get to see our house until the final walkthrough since we are military and moved to Alaska from out of state. Everything was even better than we hoped. They somehow accomplished my many crazy requests for things like a blue island, ship lap, and vents for my cat’s room! Our AMAZING realtor Ann Riggs was the bridge between us and Hall Quality Homes. She did FaceTime selection meetings and took so many photos. We are forever grateful. When we finally got to Alaska it felt like we were coming home!

We probably weren’t the easiest of clients: out of state, very picky, and no understanding of Alaska! Thank you Hall for working with us anyway and making this such an easy and painless process! I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
