My husband took off work early and drove an hour and a half to meet Mike Hall, the owner, to buy insulation. He verified before coming that Mike was still going to meet him. Then Mike never showed. My husband waited 45 minutes; no apologies, just that he "got busy." A complete lack of respect for our time.
