We have always used H&N when needed and haven't ever had issues until now. Our furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving unfortunately. We called H&N and they came to look at it, charging us $113 to say our motherboard is bad and needs replaced... We had them order the part and said it would be here Friday. We started running space heaters in our home. We called right away Friday morning, no answer. Kept calling and leaving messages, still no answer or return call..... We decided to not sit around in our cold home and left at 11am (H&N opened at 7am) we finally get a call at 1pm from them saying they were in Bagley and would be on their way.... We explained we were out of town and would turn around but would be an hour, they said they weren't going to stay around the area and they were done working for the weekend..... So we wouldn't have our part installed until Monday.... We called around and found someone else to fix our furnace.... H&N calls us Monday morning, and unable to answer our phone do to working, they show up at our home, leave us a message saying they were at our house.... They charge our debit card $513..... We call them and they say we tried to install the part but no one was home so we asked why are we being charged for services you haven't completed? We then said we couldn't wait any longer to have heat because we have a child in the home and got someone else to fix it.... They said ok but we are charging you a $50 restocking fee.... I will never recommend!

A fuse went out in my residence went outside, found out your company was plugged into my residence to work on another resident property. When asked BRANDON, why would he do that? He replied I don’t know. after confirming with Amanda that is not their standard procedures. talked with Justin, who said he was sorry. That is why I will give two stars. Unethical and unprofessional. I did appreciate Justin calling me back to apologize.

My furnace completely died on Monday afternoon, and they were able to get a completely new one installed by Wednesday afternoon. Dustin and John were both very professional, clean, and knowledgeable about their jobs. They were able to explain what was wrong, and what the causes could have been. They showed respect to my home while they were working in it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

I had H&N install a new pressure tank for me, and after receiving a bill for $1400 for the tank alone, I did some research online and over the phone to various suppliers and found that the exact same or similar tanks were selling for $350-750. I was told by Joe that they charged another person $1100 for the same tank I received a week before I got mine, and that the price they charged me must have been a mistake. He also implied that because my problem was fixed that the price shouldn’t be as big of a concern to me, and also that they didn’t charge me for the second visit to my home which was company’s fault for incorrectly installing the tank in the first place. I shouldn’t have to pay for that. These guys are thieves and liars, and I strongly suggest utilizing literally any other plumbing service.

The guy is currently at our house fixing our a/c he's been in the house 3 times now since 8 am and everytime he's rude as can be. My husband asked simple questions and this guy snapped on him pulled up his pants which were falling down right in front our kids. Then turned towards me and started getting snippy with me then my husband stepped back in and said you don't need to be a d**k were just asking questions. This guy literally walked out of the door slammed it and didn't say a word. I guess if standing up for self is wrong then I guess Idk what to say. But this is a horrible way to act towards customers. 😕 But from reading other comments this isn't the first time it's happened and I'm sure it won't be that last. Maybe the owners should step in and start doing something about it before they start losing clientele. Horrible on the company's part..GET IT TOGETHER!
