Guardian Home Improvements was a great company to work with from start to finish. They are reliable and very prompt. The installers went right to work and were very conscious about keeping the area clean of any debris. The roof looks great and much thanks to Joshua Moore the project manager!! He was a pleasure to work with and explained the process so there were no surprises. He complimented the install team by sharing how they have great workmanship and how well they clean up after completion. I will recommend this company in the future and will call them for any other improvements we may need!

Joe and Jenna provided a thorough walk-through of their services, payment, and education on their products. They explained all options and products in detail before we made a decision. This was extremely helpful in deciding the right option for our situation.

Kayla, Josh, and Joel provided seamless communication in regards to material delivery, scheduling, site management, execution of project, and completion of project. Their collaboration with one another and sub-contractors allowed for a stress-free experience. This gave way for us to focus on our jobs and family without worrying about any issues arising.

Sub-Contractors provided fast and efficient mobilization, coordination, and final project completion. They kept the site clean, and communicated if there were any needs that they had which affected project tasks execution. They left an outstanding final product and services rendered.

My adventure with Guardian began in December, when I returned from a month abroad to learn my homeowners insurance policy was in danger of being cancelled due to the age and condition of the roof. I met with 9 companies over the course of a week; Marcus from Guardian was the first rep I met with and his friendly, personable nature coupled with the thoroughness of his inspection earned my business. He got up in the attic and onto the roof to take photos and explain the needed work. Guardian's bid was the second highest out of the 9 but I felt tremendous confidence moving forward with them based on my conversations with Marcus.

Kaila from the business office was instrumental in coordinating and was a pleasure to work with. Install day got pushed by 48 hrs due to a weather delay (not unreasonable during a WI winter) and she made sure the new date worked with my schedule. Josh Moore was the Project Manager and also a great communicator. The crew put on a row of shingles that was crooked, and he made sure they came back to fix it that Saturday.

There was a preexisting leak at the back of my home where water got down and rotted out part of the soffit and framing around a window. I asked for a quote for that work but something got lost in translation and it turned into a whole situation wherein I was quoted a price for the work I requested that, apparently, was intended to be what it would cost if I agreed to side my entire home. I am grateful to report that, once I expressed my frustration with the communication breakdown, Joe from Guardian reached out and we were able to negotiate a contract that addressed the area in question. This work was completed relatively quickly and to the letter of the contract under Josh's supervision. The workers were very respectful of my home when they needed to access the interior and cleaned up thoroughly.

I removed one star from my rating to reflect the issues that arose but I feel confident recommending Guardian based on my overall experience.

We had the most amazing young man visit our home to do a well planned presentation. He explained every detail and helped us understand stand many different types of roofs the company could provide us with. Marcus is a true asset to Gaudian! Thank you for the time you spent explaining everything. We will be getting more information from our insurance company and hopefully doing business with Gaurdian, due to how well Marcus represents himself and the company he works for.

We had a hail storm in our area that caused significant damage to many properties. When I called in Guardian to help, I was very pleased with the professionalism and personable representative from the company. The insurance inspection was quickly expedited and the project was soon to be organized. Throughout the process from initial contracts, scheduling and work completion, I was very pleased with the effort and efficiency of the staff both here and at their office. Their online portal was state of the art for payments, etc. Top notch all around. Most of all the workers worked very hard and efficiently and paid attention to the safety of our property and quality of the work. Thanks Guardian!

Great experience working with Cody. He has more than enough knowledge and experience in a number of areas and was very professional and kind throughout our interactions. It felt far less like a sales pitch and more like a couple of nerds discussing why technology is cool and what it can do lol. Would absolutely recommend asking for him if you want to dig deeper than the “average” person and get to know all the juicy details for your project. There are so many people that do a half-baked job and fail to meet our standards, but I’m pleased to say Cody is one of the exceptions. We will be keeping Guardian in mind for future home projects for sure!
