Truth be told Dr Gruffi himself is a wonderful doctor/person, however the staff isn't very truthful nor respectful. Was given an appointment 2 months prior, on day of appt i showed up late not intentionally due to family emergency when I arrived to appointment i did mention it first maybe they'd want to reschedule or whatever, but was told to have a seat as if I was going to be seen after an hour receptionist walks over to me with a board and tells me to fill out and than states if i have a certain insurance that the office is no longer accepting it, which automatic made me question than why wasn't i given a courtesy phone call and told this prior to appointment. I immediately contacted my insurance company and asked if this information was correct and insurance company stated that they were still part of the network and still should have been accepting patients, I then questioned the receptionist and she stated that she was directed to tell me what she told me by office manager which was an out right lie. Dr Gruffi which was wonderful during situation than agreed to still have me be seen, but at that time because I knew that I was lied to directly to my face I decided to leave office, didn't feel that I could trust. Just didn't sit well with me afterwards I won't be returning to office. Wonderful doctor just not sure why the staff treated me the way they did is all.

Dr. Brandon Gruffi attended to me, found him to be personable and attentive while he listened to my dental problems.  He took the time to explain the procedures required.  There are no surprises with Dr. Brandon Gruffi because he makes sure the patient understands the course of action taken and is in communication with me during the procedure.  I am particularly impressed with his efforts to seek necessary authorization from my insurance, so that I am fully covered.  All my appointments are scheduled efficiently by the Staff, who treat me with courtesy and consideration. To the best of my knowledge the Doctors and Staff members observe Public Health Safety procedures including use of PPE and sanitizers. The front office is spacious and clean with patients waiting outside in their cars.  At times, I had to wait for nearly an hour; I find that to be understandable because there is a great demand for the quality of services rendered by the Staff and Doctors at this clinic. I am very grateful to the Staff and Doctors for their excellent professional services.  Thank you.

Dr gruffi and his staff are amazing!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my teeth. They do the best and thoroughly work. Dr gruffi is so gentle and patient with children. I definitely recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Gruffi is an AWSOME Doctor ! I did not have to wait very long and I was in an out , in 45 minutes . He did what most dentists wish they could do . He is a very compassionate man who cares about his patients ! Dr. Gruffi and his staff are good compassionate people . His office was neat and clean . Not much wait time and when was the last time you didn't have to wait for a Doctor?! He takes the people in pain first which is the way it should be . I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gruffi and his staff .

Dr Gruffi is Exceptional!.he is very patient and kind. my 7 yr old needed to have his tooth pulled,it was no easy task and the dr was amazing through the entire ordeal he was wonderful.
