I initially hired Griggs Construction for a new fence and gate. The project was unusual and required a very high level of creativity and attention to detail. Jordan brought both in a big way. The result was terrific (my neighbor referred to it as "furniture quality"). I ended up adding two more projects and Jordan handled those with the same high level of quality and professionalism. I have hired dozens of tradespeople over the years, including during a major house remodel two years ago. Jordan is one the best I have worked with: smart, responsive, quality work, honest, and easy to work with. I recommend him without reservation.

Jordan Griggs built a beautiful fence for us which has transformed our garden! Friends are always commenting on the handsome fence! Jordan was very helpful with the design and had many ideas to contribute to figuring out a great plan and was also very helpful in figuring out a good plan for reuse of some of the lumber from the existing fence. I have had a few excellent experiences with Griggs Construction. They have done the construction for a couple seismic strengthening jobs that I designed and I had them help me with a roof framing repair project at my own house.
