I was unable to get inspection reports from them. I was told it was OK to let a prospective buyer, into my house. I found out later, this is not recommended and an agent should always be present at a showing. They lied to me and accused me of recording my phone calls with them. This kind of behavior, is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend The Grenvik group!
