Tyler was very professional & personable. He explained the possible issue and was very thorough with the pricing structure. It's the 1st time using Greg Steger Heating & Air and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

My system is still problematic (it's almost 30 years old) and required another service call. Stephen came out this time. He was knowledgeable and professional and got my furnace running again. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend.

I made the decision to replace my aging unit and Stephen provided the quote for the new system. Installation on the new system is currently in process.

The technician was respectful, open to questions and helpful solving our concerns. We received a text from him that he was on the way and when he arrived he let us know how long it would take him to provide maintenance services. When he finished he explained what he had done and asked if we had any other concerns. We hope he is assigned to service our HVAC again!

Dexter is always efficient, honest and pleasant!

We had Tyler as our technician. He was quick and explained everything in terms we could understand. He has been here before and is outstanding. He explained a possible service plan for us. No pressure. That makes me want to get it more when there is no pressure. I asked if they clean ducts and they do not offer that service but gave us info for companies that do. Great experience.
