I can’t say enough good things about Greater Midwest Exteriors! We had them replace our roof and gutters after a nasty storm, and the whole experience was top-notch. From the start, Nico was super helpful—walking us through the insurance process and making sure we got everything covered. Greater Midwest Exteriors came through after a tornado messed up our roof. My boyfriend used them for his roof last year and said they were solid, so we called them up. They got the job done—no complaints there. Nico helped with the insurance stuff, which was a pain otherwise, and the crew kept it clean, didn’t even get junk in the pool. Roof looks good, and it’s holding up fine. They’re worth a shot if you need work done.

G.M.E. is the best! We worked closely with Nico Soave, the owner, to select and install our new roof last October. Nico made sure the cedar shake we wanted was installed in a timely manner as was the soffit/fascia. Our beautiful roof has withstood the high winds and severe weather we have had. He and his brother were always on-site to make sure all was going well and both took extra time to check with us at every step. Once the job was complete our property was combed for nails and other roof debris. Nico made getting a new roof a great experience. We recommend G.M.E. without hesitation!

After an extensive winter hail storm, we reached out to neighbors for recommendations. Nick, from GME, showed up the next day after I called. He worked with the insurance adjuster to secure an initial payment soon after. Ethan was the overseer of the project, which included new roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. We also chose to have our 34 year old windows replaced with the help of Kamil. Second payment was recovered from insurance. We basically paid our deductible and the cost of the windows. Prompt financial responses from Jason in the office, were appreciated. More than pleased with the outside look of our home.

We had a few estimates done for new siding and gutters on the house along with new siding on the garage and G.M.E. were by far the best company for the job. Nico came to the house and explained everything in detail pertaining to the estimate and what would be done. They handled everything pertaining to our village requirements and delt with them directly. The 2 other companies did not do this and did not listen to what we wanted. The crew that came and did the work were very punctual, friendly, and most importantly professional. The crew cleaned up the site every evening before they left and on the final day left the area spotless. During home repairs some surprises may arise and Nico informed us immediately of an issue we had no idea about and they took care of it for us. Overall it was a great experience to work with Nico and G.M.E. no hidden charges, communication was excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone we know. A few of our neighbors have even complemented the work and asked for their contact information.
