Daniel not only delivers excellent work and quality, but he’s also flexible and willing to work on surprise problems that come up. He did a full kitchen remodel for me where many more problems were found while doing-that there had been a leak under the sink for unknown amount of time, so the sub floor needed to be replaced as well as a leak in the fireplace stove pipe, and several other things etc. He communicated the problems, the options for solutions and his ability and timeline of fixing them as well as a fair price. I couldn’t recommend more!
