I don’t typically give out 5 star reviews, but Grand Bay Construction definitely deserves it. From the initial meeting to the final punch list Chris Burch, owner of Grand Bay Construction, has been amazing to work with, trust worthy and very knowledgeable. Chris has created a team with his same core values and beliefs that ensure a quality product at every stage of the build. I would highly recommend Grand Bay Construction for your next build.

After no success in purchasing a home that met our wants and needs, we reluctantly decided to build. We have witnessed many people’s dreams turn sour through this process and we were skeptical that this could be a good experience for us. After vetting several builders we opted to use Grand Bay Construction. It was all due to them that this process was a complete joy from start to finish. Competence and excellence in execution was the standard operation. No detail was too great to tackle and no shortcuts were taken. My husband and I were constantly in awe of the level of mastery from structural to the finest aesthetic detail. Living out of state while the construction took place was doable through the competency of our wonderful supervisors, Darrell and Mike. Each day we were kept up to speed of what took place with photos and descriptions and they were never far from phone or email to answer any questions that we had. Chris and his team far exceeded all our expectations with the build. More importantly the process was so easy and pleasurable that we wake up every morning within a home already full of wonderful memories. We cannot thank Grand Bay enough for manifesting such excellence in their business!

I had the great fortune of working with Grand Bay Construction when building my new home. Chris Burch and his team did an excellent job and were wonderful to work with. I had some ideas about what I wanted in my home, and they always listened, sometimes pointing out pros and cons of what I wanted to do but always leaving the final decision up to me. Ronnie Willis, who was the exceptional project manager for my home build, often said to me, "This is your home, and we want to do what you want to do." Ronnie, as well as Chris and Matt Ellington, always met with me when I requested, and often made suggestions that enhanced the function and beauty of my home. My new home is amazing; it is beautifully constructed, and I do not have one thing I would have done differently. Grand Bay nailed it! (I have a real estate friend who is not easily impressed, and she calls my home a masterpiece!)

My husband and I built a house with Chris and Grand Bay construction in 2021. We were building this from another state and in the middle of Covid and all of the challenges that brought. Fast forward to 2024 and we still love our home! I cannot say enough about Chris and his team and how smooth a process it was from start to finish! Grand Bay had excellent communication and helped us stay on budget. The contractors that they use were all top notch and did a lovely job on our home. I would build again with Chris Birch and his team in a heartbeat!! 5 star!!!
