I have had to deal with a host of changes during my permit approval process. Changes to setbacks, driveways, easements, grading, house layouts, fire hydrants...and I could go on. The folks at Graham have been super-responsive! Paul Sigston and team has been very accessible and patient through every twist and turn! I have been amazed many times at just how quickly they can get drawings updated, surveys shot, or the house staked out! I would give them 6 stars if I could. They are definitely the best in the area. I have spoken with others who confirm this. I definitely recommend their services.

Had to get drawings updated for the placement of the fire hydrant for right of way permit from the City. Paul Sigston turned this around for me in less than 24 hours. They are very easy to work with and very responsive!

And the last-minute changes continue! Had to shoot and layout a change to the water easement. This was done quickly and efficiently - with a smile!

We’re in the process of building a custom home in desert mountain. The original site plan called for a wet crossing at the driveway and we wanted to eliminate this. Contacted Graham Surveying & Engineering to send us a change order to get a redesign underway. Had to call multiple times and eventually just go down to their office to get the change order done and signed. There has been zero communication on their end other than false promises. Still waiting on a plan. While they do perform quality work the customer service is garbage.

Very professional and unlike many, they actually completed services within the time they said they would. Many firms promise a timeline to get the business and then are delayed weeks or months. The guys who came out were great as well!

Tried to do business with THIS local surveyor. They took my info and never got back to me. Huge waste of time. Horrible follow up.
