They are great and fast. Had a window at a different shop for a long time went and got it took it here they had it done in less then 24 hours!!!! Highly recommend!!!! so glad I called them

I'm really impressed with how quickly Grabner Glass has been able to replace one of the windows in my house! They came out to measure the window the same day I called and came to install the glass they same day they called to say the glass had arrived. I would definitely use them again in the future!

We needed some storm windows replaced. When I called they were knowledgeable about what I needed. ( Much different experience than the big box stores). They came to my home to measure the windows. They were on time and very courteous. Weeks later the 2 person crew came to install them. Again, they were right on time and took their shoes off when entering our home. They used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. The pricing was fair. I always try to use local family businesses and this was a good choice.

I ordered a new set of shower doors from Grabner Glass. The installation was perfect, had no complaints. Then about six months later we noticed the caulking had separated at the bottom of the shower, allowing water to get underneath the frame and for mold to grow. We called Grabner and after about 2 months someone finally showed up and re caulked the entire shower stall. Unfortunately only my daughter was here when Grabner did the re caulking. Looking at the shower, it looked like a 5 year had done the caulking. Globs of caulk all over and smeared all over the shower frame. Called Grabner again and they said they would contact us to set up an appointment to look at the shower. That was about 6 months ago.
If you hire Grabner you had better hope you have no problems after the initial installation because their service after the sale really sucks.

Very poor. I was told that they were going to come out to measure. After a couple weeks, I called to see how things were coming along. I was told that they would give me a call back. Never did. Called back a 2nd time. Same thing. Never called back. Sorry the lack of follow thru was discouraging.
