I needed my chimney ready in case the power goes out. It is difficult to find a company that can do masonry. Finally, I found GR Exteriors, a great company that can maintain my chimney. They give me peace of mind, knowing that my family is not only warm, when the power goes out, but safe too. Rafael and Azalea are the best at understanding what is needed and getting the job completed in a timely manner. I definitely will be using GR Exteriors annually, for my chimney maintenance. GR Exteriors did an excellent job on a complex project for our 4-unit townhome building. In addition to replacing 2 layers of existing shingles with a new roof, GR removed and rebuilt the entire roof decking as it was too deteriorated to salvage. They also replaced our 5" gutters with 6" inch gutters and downspouts/extensions, and installed gutter protection. Foreman Rafael and crew used their extensive knowledge and skill to do a painstakingly thorough job using top quality materials. Their work ethic was exceptional. Starting at sunrise, they worked until sunset on most days. They did a careful job cleaning up the work site and grounds. At project's end, Rafael did an inspection with two building officers, after which GR returned to fix a couple of small items. Throughout the project, Rafael was on site and accessible. He provided updates, answered questions and flagged issues our building association needed to address. He was articulate, polite and personable. I can highly recommend GR Exterior's work and team.
