Very good service and communication. Gordy was very honest and didn’t replace things I didn’t need it to be replaced and the final bill actually ended up being half of what he quoted me to begin with well definitely use him again. I typically don’t spend the time to write reviews for companies that I find on the Internet, but he definitely deserve the time to let everyone know how great a job he does.

My well had an air leak and froze on a sub-zero cold and blustery day. Jason came out and thawed it out and replaced the bad fittings so that we could have running water again. Very grateful for his work. Highly recommend.

Very happy they were able to come out on short notice. We had family from out of town and it was a Saturday. We called they arrived and had to replace the pump unfortunately and the pressure tank... they were in and out in only a few hours and the water was back on. Thank you

Great service, Very helpful advice from the service staff. I was having problems with water volume to the ground level shower.

He pointed out the filter bypass on My whole house water filter. After checking that out and turning it a full turn 45 degrees I have excellent water volume to the shower on those extremely muddy days.

Gordy's just replaced our well pump, 4 lengths of drop pipe and the submersible cable. The job was done very well! No one wants a large bill for their well pump but their communication, professionalism and speed are unmatched. We are more than happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Needed our well pump replaced. Gordy's friendly, polite crew showed up promptly and worked professionally to replace our pump leaving no damage or mess to the house or yard. They answered any questions I had and water was flowing again in a very short time. I highly recommend Gordy"s. They're really good.

We called up Gordy's on a Sunday when our water wasn't running not thinking about not being licensed in MN. They were really helpful with some troubleshooting ideas and lo and behold, it was just the capacitor. I was able to pick up the part myself for $20 and had running water again. So although Gordy's didn't provide on-site service for us, the customer service was fantastic and feel their on-site service would be just as great!

We are repeat customers with Gordy’s. Each time we’ve worked with them, Jason and Austin have been great. In our latest adventure, we called because we were losing pressure in our home and it wasn’t the pressure tank. We discovered that our well screen had become clogged, so our well wouldn’t fill up fast enough to keep up with the pump. After trying to blow out the scaling on the screen, and installing a flow value to make sure we didn’t burn out our pump while using the well, Jason coordinated a water truck, and a descaling process. We are now up and running and are very grateful. We’d highly recommend Jason and Austin and crew for your well and water work!
