We had Good Works build a shed (understatement:more like a mini home) and a pergola. As you can see from the photos, both turned out amazingly and beyond our expectations. I wanted a pergola based on a few design ideas I've seen in several different pergolas. I presented all those to Charlie Lemon and asked him to come up with a design for it. It was and is, perfect. The house and shed will be standing last I am sure. Charlie is patient, kind, extremely detailed and above all, you can TRUST him in your home. We hired him again to build laundry room storage (very specific and detailed), some upgrades to trim and door details, and we've referred him to many people. Hire Good Works. If I could clone Charlie, I would. Goodworks construction has consistently turned out top notch quality for me on a 3500 sq. foot down to the bones remodel in Fairhope and I look forward to any opportunity to work with him again. In addition to the fact that he does things right the first time, his attention to quality has saved me time and money in lining up the contractors that come behind him. He is a respectful communicator, runs a tidy ship and provides thorough, fair bids. No surprises. All of the above mentioned, I consider the cornerstone of solid project management, but as a bonus and a personal level, Charlie is a well rounded, educated guy which has just been downright refreshing.
