This was my second experience with Luke during a plumbing emergency. He is pleasant and efficient as was his helper. I discovered I had no hot water trying to clean my breakfast dishes. I went downstairs to do a cursory inspection of the water heater that was making a very loud sound. I called for assistance and Luke was able to get to my house with a water heater in tow to evaluate the situation. He had requested a photo of my water heater so he would have the correct model for replacement. He went downstairs to diagnose the situation and gave me choices. I chose to go ahead with replacement, being informed of the estimated cost that I feel was fair. Once completed he ran hot water through every faucet to clear the sediment and verify that hot water was flowing. The two men cleaned up and provided me with a final bill. I will definitely call them again when I proceed with my kitchen refresh or any emergent plumbing need.

This is my gripe. I was quoted 1200-1300 for replacing my hot water heater. At the end of service i was charged 1500 then I paid closer to 1600 after getting charged a convenience fee for using my debit card. I wouldn't of even had the right amount of cash on me after getting quoted 300$ less. Kind of feel bamboozled, and if you have a debit/credit card reader as a business you eat the fees.

Luke and his fellow worker showed up on schedule and on-time to do variety of jobs for my condo (water heater, sink, basins, disposal, fixtures, toilets, lines, clean up) Gomach Plumbing did excellent work at a fair price and I have no complaints. Luke promptly responded to some changes I had to make and answered all of my questions. I would use their services again and recommend them for anyone wanting quality plumbing work done along with great service.
