My sister and I recently hired Goldsmith Engineering to perform a full survey of our family property in Kirkland, WA. We were very pleased with their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the final product. Our project manager was professional and helpful in all communications and explanations.

Professional Overchargers, they quoted me 7k for a residential site survey and for a lot less then 8k in size. Also they mentioned needing a permit for a site survey(not true). I think i should have been more clear that i'm trying to site survey a house not the surface of the moon. : -)

Go with any other survey company. A survey in the city of seattle should only cost 30 - 50cent a sqft max. Do not get taken for a ride.
