I highly recommend Joe for any repairs and upgrades to your home. Joe had renovated my house which was originally made in 1959. Joe made my living room and kitchen area an open concept. He also renovated one of our bathrooms which we are still extremely happy about. The most important work I want to mention is that Joe converted my garage into an ADU which is totally legal and approved by the city and Joe did a fantastic job on it. Joe actually did all this work back in April 2019 but he has been busy ever since then because of his reputation as an honest, very friendly, and his work being super professional. And one thing Joe does that no other contractor does is that he will communicate and follow up with you if there are any issues after his job is done. Contact Joe and try him out. You won’t regret it. 🙂
