Golden Pacific Construction completely renovated my neighbor's home for the past 18 months. Over the course of that time, they have not been careful and keep running over my property's sprinkler system, damaging it multiple times. The first time it happened, I had my gardener fix it. But this sprinkler was raised above grass level, and over several months it's now sunken in below the grass. The rest of my front yard has been dying and turning yellow, and my gardener found out that because of cars going over that sprinker with all the weight multiple times, the pipe has broken underneath and I've lost water pressure to the rest of my lawn. When I spoke with Adan Pena, the owner, he tries multiple times to deflect the blame and does not take accountability. Finally when he knows his guys caused the error, he says he will "do me a favor" and fix it but this is just the wrong attitude. And as of this morning, his guys ran over it again as I had put a metal rod there and it's bent.
