We were assured these guys were the best in the business. As you can see, the expansion joints in the concrete look like they were cut by a child. They are crooked and look terrible. We were informed by their technicians that they used a blade to cut the expansion joints that they have never used to do it before—so our job was literally an experiment. I wish we had been given the option to refuse this. Had I known they did not know what they were doing, I would have never allowed them to experiment with my driveway. My sidewalk in front of my new home is uneven with chunks out of the sides.

I will say that they were quick to respond after I contacted them, but the guy who came out only wanted to give us our money back and say that we were stuck with the crooked lines and that they should have used the same blade they always do on these jobs. If these guys are the best in the business, I would hate to see the worst. I will make sure to share these photos wherever and whenever I can to advertise for the horrendous work. If I have to see this mess every day, so will everyone else. Please use anyone else but this company. The technician even said there is no way whatsoever to fix this.

The second time they attempted to fix this was even worse. The thin crooked lines are about 3/4 inch wide and 3/4 inch deep and even more crooked than before. I am now stuck with this mess and nothing can be done to make it look better—their “fix” was worse. We were supposed to have our home photographed for a magazine and now cannot do that because the concrete is absolutely embarrassing and photoshop cannot fix it. Please do not use this company—they have terrible technicians and will destroy your carport/driveway and sidewalk.
