Had an interesting and quite frankly dangerous experience with somebody driving a red GH Phipps truck License plate started with a five. Driving down 287 heading south to Laramie about 6 PM on April 22.
Traffic was moving fine, I had just passed a semi truck, a red GH Phipps truck went around both me and the semi truck, everything was fine, then the Phipps truck proceeded to slow down again, no problem, I was getting ready to pass him and he slams on his brakes on the middle of 287, Immediately Jolts Onto the shoulder, skids to a stop and proceeds to flip me off. Almost causing a major accident!
I have no idea why this driver in a GH Phipps truck decided to act this aggressively and dangerously. Was he mad I was going to pass him? Did I hurt his ego? Have no idea.
I would encourage gh Phipps, if you have a dash cam in your GH Phipps trucks to review what happened and you will see that everything I have reported to you is 100% correct.
