I'm not sure what company policy says it's okay for you guys to dump coarse rock and run heavy machinery outside my house in a residential zone starting from 5am for a month, but shame on you. What a scummy way to operate, not caring about people sleeping in their houses.

You have not done work for us but I wanted to relate something to you. We are up from the Kansas City area and are staying in Lake Delton for a few days. Your company is working over on Alcan Drive widening the road and doing other work. We had no idea your guys would be here so obviously we were a little caught off guard with the early hours and work being done. From the minute we pulled up Wednesday afternoon and through Friday afternoon when they quit for the weekend your guys were nothing but accommodating, courteous and polite to us. They informed us of all their plans for the week, they worked hard to get a temporary driveway for us as they tore part of it out, they would move equipment so we could get up and down the street and I talked to a few of them about hunting and other things and they were nothing but great. As a fellow business owner we seem to only hear the bad things and complaints and nothing good so I wanted you to know your company is doing a great job of fostering a good work environment.

I needed an emergency excavation. I had a burst water pipe leaking water onto the neighbor's property. They were out there early the very next day with with plenty of resources to take care of the problem. They are quick, capable and I found the bill quite reasonable for what they had to do. I would use them again.

Their drivers show no courtesy, don't yield the right of way, and quite often show signs of having no common sense at all. The work being done is OK, just make sure to have them work when no one is around to be hit by one of their vehicles.

There was an incident with one of their trucks (recklessly driving on the the road and huge rocks falling off the truck at 70 mph!). They never responded. Ronda, the director of risk management, said that she called back every person who had damage or complaints she would never get out of the office! Wow, if that isn’t alarming, I don’t know what is. PLEASE TO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PUBLIC SAFETY! THIS COMPANY IS S DISGRACE! If this is how they treat people, good luck with them standing by their work.

They had to redo my sidewalk because they poured it so it had a pooling area right at the edge of the steps. Second time it was still not done correctly, still uneven and still unsafe. They left the sides of my approach extremely uneven and during work on both items left trash all over.

Quick response time. Showed up when he said he would, which is huge these days. We were unsure of design and left it up to them. They exceeded our expectations! Very happy with the finished results.
