Georgia Home Remodeling did a great job with our basement from start to finish. They were right on with the amount it would cost up front from the quote. We actually decided to upgrade a few things along the way but there were no hidden costs. If there is any constructive feed back I can give it would be the length of time it took to complete. It took a little longer than expected but two of the weeks we had to delay due to wife having surgery and my mom moving in. Also, I understand that other factors come into play such as materials and labor. Communication with thr project manager Kevin and owner Chris was outstanding. Both did a great job communicating and keeping me updated. Communication is one of my pet peeves and they did outstanding with that.

There craftsmen ship were outstanding. They did such a good job I am using them to finish my back porch which will hopefully start soon. I will give another review once construction is completed.

I had Ga Home Remodeling come in to correct a badly renovated bathroom that I had done about 4 years ago. I was impressed with the communication from Chris. As in life things don't go according to plan. However, I was always in the loop as to what was going on and when it would be expected to get back on track. The crew did a great job of respecting my home. They kept a neat and orderly work area. The finished product came out exceptionally well. Ga Home Remodeling will be my contractor hands down moving forward

We just remodeled our kitchen and we hired Georgia Home Remodeling to do the job. Starting with their bid to finishing the job, they were professional and did great work. We would definitely hire them again for any future work we may need. They were also pretty reasonable in their bid, unlike the 3 other companies that bid more then twice what these guys did (one company actually bid 3x what GHR bid)! We had a great experience with Georgia Home Remodeling. In one day they completely demolished my old deck and had removed all of it from my house. Building the rest of the deck and pergola only took a few days. Near the end of the project I had a design change and they were very professional and worked with us to make sure we were happy. They always arrived on time and communicated well. The team was very respectful while at my home and did really solid work.

Our old deck was an eye sore, kinda dangerous and I was always embarrassed for people to see it. We are so happy to have a beautiful area to entertain and spend summer nights outside.

We purchased a new construction home in Dacula. The house came without a covered back patio. It made it difficult to enjoy the backyard because of the lack of shade. We initially reached out to another company who never got back with us. We then reached out to Georgia Home Remodeling about building us a covered back patio, enlarging the current patio, an outdoor ceiling fan, and maybe screening it in and they responded back to us promptly.

We worked with Chris Allen who came out to our home and looked over the sight and gave us estimates. Their prices were very reasonable. Chris Allen stayed in constant contact with us whether through email or by phone call. Their Project Manager Kevin stayed in constant communication as well, letting us know each step that was happening and who would be coming to our house whether it was the county for inspection, the electrician, the metal guy who did the gutters, or the concrete guys.

Kevin and Gabe did a phenomenal job building our covered patio. They were respectful to us and our home. They worked diligently. They cleaned up daily and left the job site safe. You can tell that they love their craft and want to ensure that you have the desired outcome. We wanted to hang two porch swings and they were able to accomplish our request that the posts be placed further apart so the swings could hang comfortably. They paint matched everything so everything looks as if it was there the entire time.

The electrician and his apprentice wired our outdoor ceiling fan. We have smart switches in our home and they were able to cut into the backsplash beside our back door and add a third smart switch to control both the fan and light on the outdoor fan. They even built the fan for us we just had to purchase it.

We decided not to screen the patio in just because we didn't want to greatly reduce the amount of natural light that comes into our home. The covered patio itself didn't negatively impact the amount of sunlight that comes into our home. If we do decide at a later date to screen it in we will be using Georgia Home Remodeling.

All in all it was a great and safe experience using Georgia Home Remodeling. I say safe because they had integrity, built a product that the homeowner wanted and a product they could stand behind. I would highly recommend them. I've included photos to reference before, during, and after.
