Oh my goodness, what can I say other than that I am extremely grateful we contacted Geobear. From the time he arrived, Dante Miller took the time to educate us about foundation and how to detect and solve foundation problems. Dante spent two hours inspecting, measuring and diagnosing our foundation and all around the house. He asked several questions used his technology knowledge to find exact locations of the problems. Then he took the time to explain every problem with solutions to us. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional . He was willing to answer all our questions. He is going to send us an estimate explaining the problems and different options tomorrow.
