Genx Design & Technology helped my company, Efficiency Lab for Architecture, with Cad to BIM Transition, providing, content creation, teams training, and project support services. Thanks to their high level of competence and responsiveness, the transition process was seamless with no adverse effect to our ongoing project schedules. Genx Team focused on both our staff and senior management teams to help adjust the new workflow. They developed BIM Standards for our company. Our project delivery has gotten more streamlined and efficient. I got a chance to work with GENX while they provided in house BIM support for one of our high rise project @ KPF . The project was consist of two towers (46 fl -20 fl) and a large podium with a complex geometry on the facade. They trained team members and provided on shoulder support with the goal of increasing their ability to work on their own in Revit. GENX team also modeled as needed for either complex parts of the project or when we needed extra hands. They set up the files and helped us coordinate with external consultants. After the project they provided a detailed report showing the efficiency of the project despite many odds.
I recommend GENX to any architectural firm who needs not only a BIM Manager but an experienced architect/ project manager for that extra know-how and long-term benefit to their firm.
