Last week Friday I was assured they would call Monday to take care of my busted windshield from a chunk of busted concrete being hauled in their untried load. But guess not. Technically they don’t need to tarp their loads in Wisconsin but on a second note they do. Because debris flew off the truck and struck another vehicle it can be classified as an unsecured or un contained load. Sadly it’s only a $200 citation but I’m screwed now and have to pay for a $600 windshield.

going 40 down Crooks Street weaving in and out of traffic slamming on breaks, pulled over on CE before the round about like he doesn't know where he's going, merges while I'm RIGHT THERE - I vere into the other lane to avoid getting side swept by this dump truck, almost got into an accident in the left lane trying to avoid him pulling out, while I have my young kids in the car

Thanks guys! I own Appleton Lawn and Snow (Landscaping company) in the Fox Valley and we frequently need topsoil and sometimes in last minute situation. They allow their dump trucks to drive on the highway without a screen over the back so rocks dirt send all hitting my windshield on 41! Sure that’s legal
