I’m glad I listened to my HVAC company’s recommendation to use Geiger instead of allow the one-star reviews to get in the way!

my husband called them to install 7 celing fans, how ever he spoke to Matt’s wife, they send one guy to our home, he said he came for only one fan, may be its misunderstanding that we thought you called for one fan, i was like no there is 7 fans, then he said ok i have one hour and i can install only one in a one hour if I start the work than you have to pay the travel fees $80 plus my labor fees which is 80 something for one hour and he suggest me to reschedule the appointment thats why I dont have to pay the travel fee now, just need to pay travel fee only for one time when the work will be done, i aggreed. then he asked me to sign the paper , which says he came in and he didn’t do the work due to there is a seven fans and he did not have a time to install the seven fan today so I need to reschedule it so I signed the paper. so MATT’s wife keeps sending me invoices just because the Travel fees she said you have to pay the travel fees, she was really rude while she was talking to me I have her recording too she said she gonna send my bill to the collection so that she will make me to pay that even I was just asking her why she’s charging me to travel fees even he didn’t do his work we just send him back that we don’t need their service but she was saying like you have to pay it’s a travel fee she wasn’t even listening to me on that time so today she sent me the same paper which I signed and it’s showing over there that I signed just because like he showed up that’s only the thing but she I called her again and she was like I was asking her that can I speak to another person I don’t want to talk to you and she was talking to me really really rudely I never suggest this company to anyone. I was still talking to her and she hang up my phone and she put my phone number in a block list I been keep calling her. its that company just want to collect the money via charging the travel fee. she didn’t even tell my husband when he was making the appointment that they are charging the travel fee as well. very poor customer service.

Geiger came out and ran 220 and 110 to a new Sauna. Every hiccup along the way was handled professionally by Matt. The front office staff were respectful as well.
