Gas-Pro LLC is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work with. When my water heater stopped working, I had trouble finding a reputable company to work on it. Their awesome team came out quickly and got it working as quickly as possible. The team went above and beyond to make sure the system was fixed correctly and worked with the manufacturer to ensure the parts were shipped in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service. I want to thank Sid, Chris, Sam and the others that worked on this job for all of their hard work and dedication to ensure the job was done correctly. If you have a gas issue, need new service, or anything else related to gas these are the folks to go to. They have serviced my ten fire places, gas grills, outdoor heaters, and water heaters. They also installed my underground gas tanks and installed the lines to and inside all three buildings. I have never had a single problem with anything they have done. Their customer service is very responsive and they always go the extra mile to ensure everything works exactly as it should. I highly recommend them. They truly are Gas Pros!

Well at first I was very disappointed because they didn't fix my gas instant hot water heater but left me with a $400+ bill including 2 hrs of labor when they were actually here 1:45 minutes. That same day the Boss came back, with his orginal crew and stayed until they solved the problem. The 2nd bill was 688.00 but the problem is fixed. Rinnai didn't stand by their product and took zero responsibility, and I'd caution anyone to never buy off Amazon. I'd have been so much better off installing a traditional hot water heater. I'd recommend gas-pro, they are probably the best around.

Sam reacted very quickly and arrived precisely at time he said he would be here. He cleaned and serviced gas logs--they now work perfectly again. He also gave great options and plans to convert to tankless water heater. Very very professional and customer oriented. Top notch organization.

Called Mr. Sam with a problem, walked me through the entire process of what I needed to do to solve the problem. Will end up being a 1/2 the cost of other gas companies and twice the customer experience. If you’re looking for a gas company that deserves your business. These guys fully represent what it means to be a good local business. Knowledgeable, caring, and respectful.

I just want to shout out Mike for coming to the rescue in a moment of need and after hours.

We had another company (our supplier), at our house to check for a “gas leak” because we can smell gas every morning on our backyard. That technician messed up our tankless water heater and didn’t even know how to fix it. I called him five times because we had no hot water at all and my kids had to take a shower but the water was ice-cold. He came, didn’t know a thing about our water heater problem and even said that we didn’t have gas in OUR tank (we even have a digital meter installed and we can see how much gas we have from our cellphone). He then told my husband that the meter, that HE personally installed, wasn’t working.

That’s when I proceeded to contact my builder and he sent Mike from GasPro to the rescue. Mike arrived in 20mins and fix our problem in 10mins. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I even bought my tank from them and can’t complain at all. Gas Pro is the company to go for propane service and buy your tank.

Gas-Pro did a FANTASTIC job with our gas logs. From my first phone call to job completion, Sam was anxious to help any way he could. He helped us understand and guided us through our options. Gas-Pro installed a new tankless hot water tank for me. Sam and the guys that work with him were on time, knew their products, timely in putting it in. Also, the prices were very fair and the customer service was the best I have seen anywhere! Will use them again for sure! Give them a try you will be glad you did.
