Kip and his team with Garland Construction did some work at our shop. They installed electrical, outlets, indoor and outdoor lights and switches and put in a garage heater for us. They were on time, very professional & reasonably priced. We would have other projects that we will be having them complete in the future. Thanks again guys for all your hard work!

Beware of Kip Garland and Garland Construction—this contractor is a scammer. Here's my experience:

1. **Nonexistent Communication:** Rarely answered calls or emails, leaving me clueless about project updates.

2. **Unreliable:** Missed appointments constantly without notice, causing major delays.

3. **Shoddy Work:** The quality was terrible—uneven tiles, faulty fixtures, and sloppy paintwork.

4. **Price Gouging:** The final bill was exorbitant, far exceeding the estimate with hidden and unjustified fees.

5. **Messy and Hazardous:** Left the worksite in a dangerous mess every day.

Kip is unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away to avoid being scammed!

Multi year lawsuit with this contractor who over charged me beyond our agreed upon bid. Judge ruled in my favor saying I owed precisely what I offered/told him. Poor communication and terrible business professionalism. Overall horrible experience.
