I recently had Gardner Construction Solutions build me a 19x24 patio cover with a metal roof and fireplace, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Patrick Gardner provided a timely estimate at a fair price and completed the job earlier than expected.

Danny Hester, the superintendent, was fantastic. He managed the day-to-day operations smoothly and was always available by phone for any questions or concerns.

The quality of the work is exceptional—the joints in the woodwork look great, and the entire structure feels solid. I also appreciated how respectful the workers were while working at my home; they cleaned up the work site daily, leaving no mess behind.

One thing I was particularly impressed by was that Patrick had mentioned he hadn’t included any funds in the estimate to repair the ground from the street to the patio but promised to minimize any damage. I was bracing for extra costs to level and re-sod the area afterward, but to my surprise, there were no ruts at all!

Overall, I highly recommend Patrick and his team for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. Thank you for transforming my outdoor space!

Gardner Construction renovated two bath rooms in our High Point Terrace home. They did their best to keep things neat and clean during demo and construction. We did have rotten wood which caused additional cost but the crew did a good job ensuring everything was solid. Our designer picked beautiful tile and fixtures. The Gardner team ensured everything was installed properly. The carpenter built beautiful built-ins to provide me maximum storage. It took a little longer than we expected due to the time needed to address the rotten wood but we’re super happy with the outcome.

Everything was done to complete satisfaction to the point of others coming over to see for themselves the quality work done. Most recently, Gardner Construction completed the installation of a whole house generator from start to finish. Everything was done perfectly.

I was repairing a house I inherited. The bathrooms were a mess. I had bought a vanity and picked out tile but did not know how I was going to get it done. Luckily, the carpeting salesman recommended Gardner Construction Services. I am so glad I used them! The bathrooms are beautiful! The Master bathroom is so elegant and luxurious. We have used G & G Construction Solutions for several home projects, and LOVE THEM! We have had a backyard cedar fence installed, water-damaged ceiling repaired after a leak, a ceiling crack repaired, a walk-in closet system installed, among several other things! I hired G&G to put a new roof on our Germantown home. Patrick worked with me to make sure I got the best deal on the right shingle.

The install was stress free. Including a 2 layer tear off.
They worked quickly and cleaned up like they were never there.

I am a very picky DIY homeowner so I have high standards and often unmet expectations by contractors. I was presently surprised with the level of candor and care Patrick gave to my project.

I checked out several other roofing companys.
Some might be cheaper but with G&G, I got MORE than what I payed for!

These guys are an answer to prayer. G&G got the ball rolling on our home repairs. We had storm damage from an ice storm. A tree came into our home hitting the den and bathroom and causing damage to our bedroom. I had just finished most of our renovations after having moved in the previous summer. So I was frustrated about starting over. G&G has done an excellent job. It’s seemed like a big daunting task until these guys stepped in and made it happen.
My husband has dementia and Parkinson’s; these guys thought of everything to make our bathroom as good looking and useful as it could be. There are several grab bars, but they don’t look geriatric or anything. They second as soap dish, corner shelves and toilet paper holder. They did the research and did all this for him. I was too busy caring for my husband to put too much time into it. They thought ahead for me. I am so pleased. It’s all better than it was. Thank you guys very much.
I was in construction for years. I know how hard it is to get subcontractors and all to work. This company has put together an excellent group that work hard and do their job very well. And they show up quickly!! There has been very little downtime.
