Our family hired Gannage Design & Construction to facilitate a complete exterior renovation along with adding outdoor entertainment space and updating the interior. The team at Gannage Design and Construction did a great job from Denise working through the design process and helping transform ideas and concepts into building plans and renderings, to Mikhail and the build team executing the vision. The biggest thing that set Gannage ahead of other builders in the area was the commitment to finishing the project on time. For our family it was very important to have a degree of certainty regarding the timeframe of the project. Mikhail & Nick made sure that they were in constant communication with us along the way and kept us informed of milestones and change ordered that needed to be addressed. We are very pleased with the outcome of the renovation and love our new outdoor and indoor living spaces. Mikhail and Aaron Gannage are simply the best. They conduct business honestly, openly, transparently and with integrity. We hired their team of professionals to renovate our entire house and we are doing these renovations in phases. Phase one is completed and we absolutely love it! Denise was an expert at helping me with the design to make a totally functional and great looking home out of a 1960’s tract house. I contacted Gannage Design & Construction to open up a stairwell adjacent to my kitchen and replace countertops. It was a bit of an unknown until we were able to open it up. When Mikhail and Denise came by to provide an estimate they were able to quickly understand what I wanted and give a quick ballpark range. We then worked together on a quote using a slick software program, where we were able to track the selected finishes, countertops, cabinets, etc. The work took about 2 weeks to complete and the construction team did very good work, were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Mikhail was also good at communicating throughout the process. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would reach out to them again for additional work and have already recommended them multiple times.

My husband and I tend to be "DIYers" but when we were ready to tackle our kitchen, we knew it would never get finished if we did it ourselves. We had a very ugly, unfunctional kitchen in a house built in the 70's. Mikhail was very upfront on how the remodel process would work, he listened to what our wishes and needs were. He and Denise came up with an outstanding design and made it work for us. Many people had told us how horrible remodels can be and that they strain relationships!
