We have remodeled and built on many occasions and have never had such a positive experience. Tom and his whole team made the experience fun and exciting. We built our home 25 years ago and it needed a major remodel and refresh. We also had some things that we wanted to add or change based on our changing lifestyle. Not only was the project on budget and largely on time, the communication and interaction with Tom, Jason, Brian and many subcontractors was so professional. As with any construction project, things came up that needed creative solutions and when we wanted some changes or additional scope, the answer was always “we can make that work”. The budget was managed carefully and we never felt “change order fatigue”. We so appreciated the professionalism and would welcome the opportunity to work with Gallagher again. Thanks to the whole team for making our home one that we can love for another 25 years.

Gallagher Co. did a major remodel / rebuild for us in 2018/19. This project had multiple issues discovered along the way. Gallagher Co. and project superintendent, John Kaelin, did an excellent job of finding solutions. They work with first class subcontractors who are timely and pros at their respective trade. GC stands by their work and have been responsive / helpful in resolving a few issues that have subsequently come up after completion of the project. I recommend Gallagher Co to those who are looking for a high quality contractor to manager their project.
