GA Design Build is an incredible partner in bringing your home renovation or new construction project to life! We completed a home remodel and additional project with Gabe and his team in 2022. The vision in bringing our house remodel project to life all started with Gabe - his ability to see envision your project and put it down in design is truly amazing! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that he and his team completed for us. And when I say remodel, I truly mean remodel - all the way to the studs! We even had a few minor warrantied items that came up afterwards and Gabe has resolved them ALL! Additionally, he has remained in touch with me to provide maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of equipment and appliances throughout the house. We also have some future remodeling plans for the backyard and we plan on working with Gabe to complete them. You just can’t say enough about Gabriel and his team at GA Design. Our project consisted of taking a 4000+ Sft home to the studs and doing a full blown remodel. Gabriel and his team helped guide us from architecture concept all the way to the finish product. His in house designer helped tremendously with final material selections and optimization of spaces. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Straight forward during the whole process. Step by step instructions from the design, to the planning and submitting for permits. Kept getting updates throughout then came the plans being approved.

Construction timeline was explained thoroughly and went very fast. Had my 905 sq ft ADU ready to rent within 4.5 months with final approval . Started demo of the yard January 15th, 2024, had a tenant moving in May 25th.

The team at GA Design is very dedicated to their craft, and very responsive to all my questions. Very straightforward. Money well worth it, and didn’t have to worry about anything as they handled all the construction and pick up of materials and finishes. Just had to select and show them exactly what I wanted.
