Jupiter Location: Unprofessional staff and zero customer service from start to finish. It is difficult to coordinate drop off/pick up time of items as the staff is often running errands during business hours. I was told I need to call ON MY WAY to ensure the store would be open (during business hours) each time. It took 5 trips to the store with two toddlers before my order was complete.

I wish I could express how INCREDIBLE my experience was with Fully Promoted. I initially called requesting information and explaining my shirt idea in which they were extremely helpful. They were honest that it would be more on the expensive side due to the color scheme of the shirt and went out of their way to recommend other companies that may be able to assist me for a fraction of the price (you don't see that very often now a days and that alone subsequently made me trust and appreciate them even more). However, the digital printing option that was a fraction of the price wasn't an option as the other companies couldn't print white on a darker orange shirt. Nonetheless, I came right back to Fully Promoted with my idea in which they were resourceful and able to do by the due date that I needed it. They took my design (by @RobynPrice on Instagram) and made it clear and proportional on the shirt. They even made recommendations to save me money that I hadn't even thought about knowing that it was weighing on me. If you want the best quality, exceptional customer care and support (and I mean this because I must of called them 5x/day) then I highly recommend Fully Promoted as you will not be disappointed and can fully trust them as they want the best for you!
