We have been using Frontline for 10 years as our go to emergency and full support secondary IT dept. They have helped us with network room moves (three times!), domain controller cutovers, fiber cutovers, switch installation and configuration, firewall setup, employee VPN and VPN tunnels, VOIP phone systems, 24/7 emergency network support, power outages, VMWare installation, Hypervisor, VEEAM setup, backups, etc. As the IT Director it is such a blessing to know Frontline is there when I need them, answer your calls and get the job done! I have nothing but great things to say about Frontline IT service. They helped us out seven years ago when we just started. They set up our computers, in our Network. Since then they have been critical in supporting us anytime we need them. Shane has helped me once to get rid of some spyware on our computer when he was super sick. The whole crew is just amazing and very knowledgeable. As time went by, and we got bigger, our needs have changed. They have helped us install a new server, the transition was as smooth as it could be. Very little down time if any. We then instaled new wireless network and it works perfectly. I cant recommend them enough, or thank them enough for what they do for us. It just a pleasure to have them by our side. Thank you.

My company (Dynamic Design Build) has been a satisfied client of Frontline for 2 years. I selected Frontline to replace our former IT Consultants in order to achieve a higher level of service and support, and I have been very pleased with our decision. Frontline is big enough to timely serve our needs while not being so large that our medium size company gets lost among bigger fish.

Frontline oversaw a complete upgrade of our servers and has provided day-to-day support of our network, backup systems, desktops and remote users since then. They are responsive, and are always concerned with avoiding disruption of our operations. Whenever users have issues, I have great comfort in being able to say "Call Frontline!"
