Amazing service from Cesar and his team. He genuinely cared more about what I wanted rather than just “selling” me a product. He was very personable and gave my dad and I a great experience. Almost had my dad sold on the new corvette! Lol everyone in the building was extremely friendly and I couldn’t recommend their service enough. My dad also enjoyed the cafe inside. New 2025 Trax for me!

Each staff member was very attentive and courteous. From the young man who helped get me checked in. To the gentleman who checked me in and offered car wash. I gave him a compliment about his cologne. The Service manager checked in on myself and other customers. The awesome front desk ladies were again, very courteous. Very professional toned environment. Good time spent.

We had a fantastic experience with Emmanuel who helped us purchase a 2024 Tahoe High Country. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle. Emmanuel patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Emmanuel’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. The experience was adequate, neither disappointing nor mind-blowing. The process of booking the appointment via on online tool had some glitches with too many email and text confirmations sent repeatedly.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vehicle returned but not giving 5 stars for these reasons:

a) the vehicle was returned to me with a blown fuse/non-working power outlets (for a phone) even though I had a $1,000 service performed.
b) there were too many idle salespeople hovering everywhere at the dealership, creating an 'aggressive' atmosphere, and
c) I had to be without a car for 4 days (Sat-Tue); I would have expected a faster turnaround.

Just took my new truck in for its first scheduled maintenance. Everyone from the Concierge Plus counter and every team member I interacted with while there were so friendly and helpful and the truck came out quickly and clean.

Of course,Friendly’s Concierge Plus program which offers several included oil changes is very nice, but the whole service team throughout made my first visit a pleasure.

I would highly recommend this Service Department to anyone needing maintenance and I’m planning to have them add some accessories for me as well.

ROUND 2: Fail. Almost 2 hours of waiting after my appointment to get "it's a 2 hour turnaround" (for a 1-hour increment?), "we only have two people working," and "your car is second in line, so it will be another hour." This location is a waste of time, and I will not be going back for my included "Concierge services." Looks like I'll be traveling to Greenville Chevrolet from now on.

ROUND 1: Fail.Don't plan on being in and out for an oil change even if you do schedule an appointment. An hour waiting, and they haven't even started on my vehicle. Customer service director (Melissa), "It takes an hour and a half, so they still have 30 minutes." You should notify customers of this when they schedule an appointment in your "1-hour increment" openings. It's not acceptable.

UPDATE: The oil change ended up taking 1.75 hours, and Melissa did apologize for the inconvenience and offered a $20 gift card. She also said that she would be speaking with the appropriate people regarding providing time estimates for certain services. Unfortunately, this doesn't solve the problem that it took an hour before they even started on the vehicle when there was a scheduled appointment. If someone schedules an hour block for an oil change, it should be done within that hour block; otherwise, it's pointless to offer.

At first I was disappointed that I had not heard any updates from my advisor when I first showed up. Originally I was told it would only take 2-3 hours. Thankfully I was incredibly busy and wasn’t keeping track of time and came back about 6.5 hours later after I was told it was ready but still would’ve like to have heard or gotten an update from my original advisor especially because there was a problem and that I would need to bring the truck back to finish the work and I didn’t know until I was reading over the paperwork when picking up my vehicle. Now after picking up my truck I had just left the lot when I realized a few problems. I brought my truck back and was directed to Ray and he was absolutely fantastic. He communicated with me the problems that were had when I originally brought the truck back and apologized that I wasn’t informed from my original advisor. I had to leave my truck at the dealership so they could get everything situated. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle due to the inconvenience of having to leave my truck there and made sure I was set up. Thankfully first thing in the AM the mechanic was able to identify the problem and fix the issue. My biggest complaint was I did not and still have not heard any kind of follow up from my original advisor but Ray truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it is legit because of him and the way he handled me I’d consider coming back to get future work done at Friendly.
