I had to be involved in every aspect of a fireplace and landscaping project because Chris was nowhere to be found. When I would call he would tell me to talk to his foreman who spoke very little english. When the fireplace was taking on a different shape than what was planned he waved me off and yelled at the helpers. We payed $1600.00 for a trellis that rusted within 2 weeks and they broke off half of the vines when they were planting them. We requested herringbone pattern fire brick inside the firebox and when they did it wrong Chris's response was "no one will notice that." He asked for payment before the fireplace cap and cleanup was done because he was having surgery the following week. We payed him in good faith but no one returned to finish the work or clean up the debris. The owner Chris didn't return calls.

We hired this company based on a Rosie on the House "trusted contractor" recommendation.

Cris installed travertine pavers around my pool, and they are now crumbling into the pool. After coming to my house and admitting this is a big problem, he told me this has to be a problem with the stone. He seemed to have no idea why so many pavers are crumbling. He told me that he would contact his supplier, but after several weeks he won't even talk about fixing the problem! I would be very careful when dealing with this company.
