His crew showed up on time, did the work on schedule and on budget, and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied before paying the invoice. Logan and his team were wonderful! I needed some siding repaired on my house and l was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed before my solar eclipse viewing party. Logan was extremely understanding about my unique situation. Let’s just say I was not in the dark for long. Logan came right away and promptly fixed the siding so that my friends and I could stare at the sun without any added stress. He and his team were professional and a ray of sunshine on a dark day. You don’t need special glasses to see what a great business Freeport Building and Preservation is.

Working with Logan and his team was a breath of fresh air. They were flexible to me schedule when we needed to meet, and Logan always updated me with pictures when I was traveling. I had a variety of issues (electrical, chimney, revamping a pantry), and the work quality was great. Logan was easy to communicate with -- he is quite amicable and very focused on providing great service while keeping an eye on the budget. 10/10, I'll be calling Logan again the next time my place needs work!

I’m very pleased with the work that was done! The owner, who was kind and considerate, was easy to work with and his crew did a great job getting rid of my popcorn ceilings and making them look smooth and flat. I would highly recommend them.
