The owner/the gentleman behind the cash register is really knowledgeable and great source of any building material information. Old fashion, but superb service .
Tried 3-4 other building supply places in Carlsbad and Encinitas, the Free Builders Supply is the best.
Needed custom fog coat material by Omega, and he just knew exactly what the custom number was and got the materials in a week.
This place is a gem if you need helpful hand. You will never go back to Home Depot or Lowes or any place else if you are serious about fixing your house yourself.

Simply the best! Locally, family owned and experts in masonry, stucco, plaster and much more. Don't waste your time at the Big Box stores, go to the guys who supply the pros who built your house. They give great advice and will steer you to what you need and offer advice if you ask for it. A key find for me for my house projects.
